It’s been a record setting year for the West Nile Virus here in Michigan. Ten deaths and over 170 confirmed sicknesses from West Nile. Both numbers the highest here in the state since West Nile was discovered. Health officials hope an early frost will kill off this year’s crop of mosquitoes.
