Douglas J Spa in Okemos can move forward with a proposed $10 million expansion at the corner of Hamilton and Okemos Road. The Meridian Township board gave the ok last night. The project includes tearing down the existing Tuba Museum. The project is expected to be complete by the spring of 2014.
