DETROIT (WKZO) -- Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee have made a friendly wager on the World Series.  The two men were featured on a national sports network discussing this year's fall classic between the Tigers and the Giants.  Both agreed the winner would do community service work in the city that captures baseball's top prize.
