Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero has now taken steps to form a task force to address complaints about the new Ingham County 911 call center.  Many callers and dispatchers have reported of not being able to hear each on calls. The problems are sometimes causing delays in response times.  The mayor expects to see a report from the task force in within two weeks.
