Since June, Ingham County 911 has seen it fair share of glitches and hang ups. Now police and fire officials say some of the issues are the result of the new 911 call center.  They say the new system is confusing and delaying response times.  Officials plan to air their grievances with the Lansing Public Safety Committee at a meeting this afternoon.
