A new class today will be inducted into the Michigan Women’s Hall of Fame today in Lansing. Among those inducted include several local women, Dr. Gladys Beckwith and Dr. L. Anna Ballard. Tennis player Serena Williams, who was born in Saginaw, will also be inducted.
