Police in Eaton County say they have in their possession the car that they believe struck and killed a 55 year old Delta Township man on Sunday night. The accident happened on West Saginaw near Canal Road. Police later Monday found the 1999 Buick Regal involved in the accident. Charges are yet to be filed in the case.
