Another court hearing today for one of two men accused in the beating death of Travis Peterson outside of Branigan Brothers in downtown Lansing on New Year’s Eve. Donald Sutter Jr. faces second degree murder charges along with Austin Smith. Both face up to life in prison if convicted.
