More will be learned tonight about a plan to erect more than 40 wind turbines in Clinton County. The county planning committee will meet at the courthouse in St. Johns to review the plan by Fowler Farms. The company says the wind farm could produce enough energy to power 18,000 homes. Not everyone supports the project. Some area residents worry about property values, noise levels and exactly where they will be built.
