DETROIT (WKZO) -- Prosecutors continued to introduce evidence that ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick illegally used a charitable fund to support a lavish lifestyle.  A yoga instructor testified she was contacted by Kilpatrick's office and charged over four-thousand dollars for yoga lessons.

Also introduced were copies of checks for tuition payments for Kilpatrick's children, sister and cousin.  They also had records of a trip Kilpatrick took to Colorado with former mistress Christine Beatty that was allegedly paid for with money donated to the charity to help children in Detroit.
