Now a third person has from the state has died from the outbreak of fungal meningitis linked to those tainted steroid injections. A 78-year-old Washtenaw County woman is the latest victim. The bad steroids came from a specialty pharmacy in Massachusetts. Four Michigan pain clinics received the shipments.
