Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore has been a very popular spot in northwest Michigan this year. The Grand Rapids Press reports the park has set a record for visitors, and there are still three months left in the year. Since the start of the year, one-point-43-million people have visited Sleeping Bear Dunes.
