Health officials in the state say the confirmed death toll from fungal meningitis in the state has climbed to two with another 18 related cases.  The meningitis outbreak in Michigan and other Midwest states is being linked to a steroid produced by a specialty pharmacy in Massachusetts. At least four medical facilities in Michigan received shipments of the now recalled steroid, including ones in Grand Blanc, Traverse City, Brighton and Warren.
