A small plane made an emergency landing at Capital Region International Airport Tuesday evening. WILX TV is reporting the Cessna 177 lost power during takeoff on the main runway. It landed with the nose gear down on the west end of the runway at 7:10pm. The three people on-board were able to walk away from the plane.
