Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette has decided his office will lead the prosecution of Raulie Casteel, the accused I-96 shooter. Schuette says he’ll be working with local prosecutors in Ingham, Oakland and Livingston counties. The 43-year old Casteel faces multiple charges in 24 shootings that began in October along the I-96 corridor, including assault with a dangerous weapon.
