MARQUETTE (WKZO) -- Governor Snyder is in the Upper Peninsula after spending Monday in Canada on a trade mission. He is set to making an announcement about the Presque Isle Power Plant in Marquette. The power plant is responsible for 90-percent of the electricity used in the Upper Peninsula and 12-percent in Wisconsin.
