The East Lansing school board tonight will hold a final vote on a restructuring plan that could close Red Cedar Elementary School and repurpose it to host kindergarten only and house the district’s administrative offices. Other building could see their class levels shifted.  The school board meets to consider the final version of the restructuring plan tonight at 7.
