TROWBRIDGE TOWNSHIP (WKZO) -- It’s been a tough year for Joe Courtney of Allegan County and all he wants for Christmas are his Memories back. A year ago his son, Gregory was killed in a car wreck soon after returning home from a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Earlier this month his foreclosed home in rural Trowbridge Township was broken into, antiques were taken and so were a digital camera and a camcorder that contained irreplaceable videos and pictures of his now dead son. He wants them back, no questions asked.

Former friends and Marines have heard about the theft and offered to gather photos from their collections that include Gregory Courtney, but he says the best outcome would be to get his own photos back.
