Some local union workers were at the Walmart store in Lansing Township protesting the store’s decision to open on Thanksgiving Day. This year several large retail chain stores opened last night to begin Black Friday sales early. Six News says no Walmart workers took part in last night’s protest. Walmart employees are not unionized.
