One of the busiest travel days of the year unfolds today with good weather but higher gas prices. The mid-Michigan area will see some morning fog but then some sun. Prices at the pump are up after wholesale prices for gasoline jumped on Tuesday, according to Gas Buddy dot com, just before the peak travel time. Gas is mostly selling for about $3.65 a gallon in the Lansing area this morning.
