Allegations this morning and now charges against a Michigan Supreme Court Justice accused of bank fraud. Justice Diane Hathaway has been charged by federal prosecutors filed a civil fraud complaint claiming Hathaway and her husband transfered property in Florida to a relative, while they asked a bank to approve the short sale of their home in Michigan. Then after the sale the pair placed the Florida home back in their name. That’s considered bank fraud. Hathaway says she will not step down from the state’s top court.
