The state Senate has okayed it, Governor Snyder wants it, and it appears attitudes in the state House may be changing toward a state-run healthcare exchange. Speaker Jace Bolger said late last week after the federal government extended the deadline for states to create their own exchanges that Michigan needed a voice.
