Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero is in Italy this week for what his staff calls an economic visit. The mayor is expected to return on Thanksgiving Day. The mayor’s administration tells the Lansing State Journal says they are cautiously optimistic the mayor will return with positive economic news for the city.
