The Pistons are finally in the win column. Following a franchise-record 0-and-8 start to the season, Detroit earned a 94-76 win at Philadelphia on Wednesday night. Greg Monroe had 19 points and 18 rebounds, while Kyle Singler added 16 points for the Pistons. The Pistons host Orlando on Friday night.
