The I-96 serial shooter is expected to be in an Oakland County courtroom this morning to face charges there in connection with the shooting spree last month when two dozen people and vehicles were shot at and one man injured. Raulie Casteel has been charged with over 60 offenses in two other counties, including attempted murder charges.
