The suspect in the I-96 corridor shootings will undergo a mental evaluation. His mother told the "Detroit Free Press" her son Raulie Casteel of Wixom, is mentally ill. Casteel will be arraigned in Oakland County today and is already facing charges in Livingston County. Officials in Ingham County say they also expect to file charges against Casteel. Casteel is accused in two dozen random shootings.
