HOWELL (WKZO) -- The suspect in the I-96 corridor shootings will undergo a mental evaluation.  43-year-old Raulie Casteel is being held on two-million dollars bond, accused of two dozen shootings in Ingham, Livingston, Oakland and Shiawassee counties, with one person actually being hit by a bullet.  His mother told the "Detroit Free Press" her son is mentally ill.
