We have a name and can now see the face of the man police say is the I-96 serial shooter.  43-year old Raulie Casteel has been arrested and now charged with at least one of the shootings along the I-96 serial shooter.  Casteel is originally from the St. Johns area and had been living with his wife and child in Wixom. He’s only charged so far with one of the shootings in Livingston County.
