Some 280 state troopers from eight states, including Michigan, have arrived in New Jersey to help with security and recovery operations. They are expected to be deputized today.  24-troopers left from Jackson yesterday, headed to the Garden State for a 7-day deployment. Governor Chris Christie requested the aide under an Emergency Management Assistance Compact.
