DETROIT (WKZO) -- Michigan voters are set to keep the state's emergency manager law, Public Act 4, in place according to a poll released over the weekend for Detroit's Fox 2. Proposal 1 has just over 49-percent support, with almost 41-percent planning to overturn the law and the rest undecided. The other five proposals, all of which amend the state constitution, are trailing by double-digit margins each.
