Raulie Casteel's attorney entered a plea of not guilty for charges filed in Livingston County on Thursday. The 43-year old Casteel charged with terrorism now in those random shooting attacks in October on vehicles and people in four Michigan counties.  Prosecutors and Casteel’s attorneys say they are still awaiting the results from a psychiatric exam.
