The man suspected in a shooting spree that targeted motorists along the Interstate 96 corridor in four Michigan counties is scheduled for arraignment this afternoon on a new set of charges that include including terrorism. The new charges against 43 year old Raulie Casteel of Wixom   were filed last week by me after Attorney General Bill Schuette.
