Expect the morning rush hour to be a bit slower than normal.  Things are much improved since last night but caution on the roads is still being urged by local law enforcement. With the new snow Lansing homeowners are reminded they have 24 hours to clear sidewalks. If not a homeowner could be charged with a ordinance violation and charged up to $100 for the city to do it.
