HOWELL (WKZO) -- The man suspected of shooting at vehicles along the I-96 corridor from Oakland to Ingham County is facing new charges in court.
The Michigan Attorney General is handling the case and is now charging Raulie Casteel with terrorism stemming from shootings in Livingston County in October. The terrorism charge carries a maximum of life in prison if Casteel is convicted
All previous charges in Livingston County against Casteel have been dropped. He's also facing charges in Oakland, Shiawassee and Ingham counties.
