The man accused in nearly two dozen random shootings along roadways from Oakland to Ingham counties is now facing a charge of terrorism.  Yesterday, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette [[ SHOO-tee ]]  announced the charge against 43-year-old Raulie [[ RAH-lee ]] Casteel, saying the 21 shootings were acts of domestic terrorism and they'll be prosecuted as such.
