LANSING (WKZO) -- The man accused in nearly two dozen random shootings along roadways from Oakland to Ingham counties is now facing a charge of terrorism.  Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette announced the charge against 43-year-old Raulie Casteel, saying the 21 shootings were acts of domestic terrorism and they'll be prosecuted as such.

Casteel was also charged with six other felony counts yesterday in Livingston County including assault with intent to murder and discharging a firearm from a vehicle.  He has already been charged with 60 counts for alleged shootings in Oakland County.
