U.S. 127 near Mason has reopened to traffic after a middle aged woman on foot was struck while crossing several lanes of traffic by a semi up truck earlier this morning. The unidentified woman was killed. Police are still trying to figure out why the woman was on the road. The accident happened between Cedar Street and Kipp Road near Columbia Road.
