A Michigan man is facing nine felony counts for allegedly running a travel scam targeting at least 100 Michigan residents, including some seniors from Lansing. 44-year-old Kenneth Second was arraigned on larceny charges Tuesday. Hundreds of thousands of dollars from people for trips he booked through his company Timeway Tours, but customers were never taken to their destinations or given refunds. Police say second spent most of the money at casinos.
