Yeah Yeah Yeahs have a new release headed our way. The band tweeted that they’ll be dropping their fourth studio album in 2013, writing, “DNA upgrades, spontaneous evolution and NEW YEAH YEAH YEAHS RECORD ARRIVING SPRING 2013! finally.”

In other Yeah Yeah Yeahs news, the band has scheduled a series of overseas tour dates to promote the as-yet-untitled album in January.  Dates for a North American tour are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
