LANSING (WKZO) -- The election may be long over, but making the outcome official has only just taken place. Michigan's 16 Democratic presidential electors cast their votes for President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden Monday. Senate Democratic Leader Gretchen Whitmer presided over the session at the State Capitol.
