Mid-Michigan businesses that rely on the wrath of winter weather are finding the going slow so far this year. Snow plow operators might be about the only ones complaining about the lack of snow though. According to the National Weather Service, Lansing gets an average of 4.5 inches of snow in November, and about 10.8 in December.  There has been none of that so far.
