The man who vandalized the state capital building and a memorial this summer will be sentenced today. A month ago 20 year old Jeffrey Handley pled guilty to one count of destruction of a memorial in exchange for other charges being dropped. He admitted spray painting stick figures on the building. Handley could be sentenced to three months in jail.
