Supporters of legislation banning teen drivers from using a cell phone while driving in Michigan will hold a press conference this afternoon at the state Capitol.  The state Senate has passed what would be known as "Kelsey's Law," after a Sault Ste. Marie teen killed while using her phone while driving in 2010. Kelsey’s Law supporters hope to get the house to act before the end of the year.
