Lansing Police say they are continuing to investigate the death of a 3 month old girl at a Lansing hospital. Janayjah Sanders of Lansing was pronounced dead just before 10:30 p.m. Friday night. She’d been taken to the hospital earlier Friday suffering from internal injuries.
