This Bridge Card glitch is impacting about 85-thousand recipients and their families in Michigan. The Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget says steps are being taken to make sure it doesn't happen again
State employees worked over the weekend to make sure a problem with Michigan's food assistance cards was fixed. Late last week, officials discovered an error had wiped the balance on cards belonging to 85-thousand people. The issue has now been resolved.
