LANSING, Mich (WLMI) It’s 40-to-60 years in prison for a Lansing man convicted of double-murder. 22-year old David Marion, Junior was sentenced yesterday for the March 2010 shooting deaths of Darren Brown, Junior and Owen Goodenow. The pair were shot at a south Lansing home during a botched robbery. Another man—23-year old Ben French of Lansing—was also convicted in the crime and is serving a life sentence.
