LANSING, Mich (WLMI) Home sales in the Lansing-area were down in the 2^nd quarter of the year.  There were just over one-thousand homes sold in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties for the quarter that JUST wrapped-up—that’s down about 25-percent from a year ago.  The average sales price for homes in the three-county area also fell nearly four-percent from last year.
