John Dyer and I met after the events of 9/11/01.  John and I built a solid relationship betweeen radio and Lansing Fire, I am proud to have had him as a friend.  John would have done anything for anyone, anytime!  Sadly John passed away a little over 3 years ago but his name lives on with this event to raise money for scholarship hopefuls at L.C.C. for their fire and EMT programs.  Take a listen and come out to support the cause if you can!
