Take a step in educating yourself about Downs Syndrome at the 2010 Buddy Walk.  I didn't know much about Downs Syndrome until one of my best friends and his family found out that their beautiful unborn daughter would have Downs Syndrome.  Katie was born in March and she is doing awesome!  They have taken the challenge head on and you can do the same, but only if you are educated.
