Well its that time of the year again.  I will be participating in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge yet again this year.  This is what happened last year.

Let me to tell you it was cold.  Very Cold.  But it felt good to now that  I was making a impact in athletes lives.  The money raised will go to the games and also for training year round.  We made alot last year but this year I want to double it.
